Products Description
Food-grade braided reinforced silicone tubing specially designed for hot water and steam lines in coffee machines. The inner layer meets food contact standards, with a smooth inner wall that is not prone to scaling or odor release, better preserving the original taste of coffee; the high-strength braided middle layer effectively improves pressure resistance, can withstand the pressure of coffee machine pumps and boiler steam for a long time, and is not prone to bulging, bursting, or leakage.
Withstanding temperatures from -60℃ to 180℃, it can adapt to frequent temperature changes from cold water to high-temperature steam; the tube is flexible and resistant to bending, making it less prone to flattening and clogging in confined spaces; it is anti-aging, resistant to water vapor corrosion, and has a longer lifespan than ordinary PVC and non-braided silicone tubes; suitable for replacing household espresso machines, commercial coffee machines, and water supply for various beverage equipment.

Production Process
Food-grade braided silicone tubing for coffee machines uses high-quality silicone rubber as the inner and outer layers, with a polyester fiber/steel wire braided reinforcement layer in the middle, integrally extruded and vulcanized. Compared to ordinary silicone tubing, it has higher burst pressure, stronger tensile strength, and is less prone to expansion and deformation, while also possessing excellent flexibility.
It can be made from food-grade or industrial-grade raw materials, is environmentally compliant, meets FDA and RoHS requirements, and is odorless and does not leach out; it is resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging, and ozone, and does not easily yellow or crack with long-term use.
It supports various inner and outer diameter specifications and can be cut to order, widely used in fluid transportation in beverage, food machinery, pharmaceutical, water purification, and industrial equipment.

1.What is the difference between platinum vulcanization and regular vulcanization? Why must platinum vulcanization be used for food contact applications?
Platinum-cured tubing leaves no peroxide residue, has no odor, and does not yellow. High-temperature steam will not contaminate beverages when passing through the tubing. Ordinary curing produces a noticeable odor and does not meet FDA/NSF food contact standards. This is the core reason why leading global coffee machine brands choose platinum-cured tubing.
2.Which brands of coffee machines are compatible with your products? Can you customize the dimensions based on our drawings?
Our company provides standard-specification piping, compatible with most commercial coffee machine brands. We also support custom-made dimensions based on provided drawings or samples.
Samples can be produced in 3-5 days, and mold making for non-standard sections is also supported.
3.How to choose between single-layer and double-layer weave? How does wall thickness affect service life?
For general water/air inlet pipes, a single layer is sufficient; for sections involving steam heating or high pressure, a double-layer braided reinforced type is recommended, with a pressure resistance of up to 1.5MPa. Our standard wall thickness is ≥2mm, which offers a longer service life compared to 1.5mm wall thickness products, reducing the frequency of pipe replacement.
4. How long is the lead time for sampling and product delivery?
Standard sampling takes 7-10 days ; product delivery time will be provided based on order quantity.
For example, mass production takes 7-10 days to deliver, and commonly used specifications are in stock and can be shipped quickly.
5.Are you a factory or a trading company? How do you ensure consistent quality between batches?
