Product Description
A reinforcing layer is directly braided onto the outer wall of the silicone hose. This method is low-cost, flexible, and enhances pressure resistance. The braided layer acts like a "skeleton," dispersing pressure and preventing the silicone layer from expanding or rupturing due to internal pressure.

Product Name: Red and blue silicone tubing
Product Material: Imported food-grade silicone, polyester fiber braided mesh (material customizable)
Structure: Inner tube is transparent silicone, outer tube is red and blue dual-color silicone, with a fiber braided mesh sandwiched in between.
Heat Resistance: -40℃ to 220℃
Application: Used for low-pressure liquid transportation, such as milk and drinking water. Suitable for SIP and CIP cleaning. These hoses are typically translucent for easy observation of fluid flow. We can also customize the outer wall color according to customer requirements.
