Inner Tube: Typically constructed from materials such as NBR (Nitrile Rubber), PVC, or EPDM. The inner tube of braided hoses is primarily manufactured using a composite blend of NBR and PVC.

Outer Layer: Braided from 8 strands of Φ8mm 304 stainless steel wire, with a braiding density of ≥20 turns per 40mm.

Nut and Inner Core: Manufactured from high-quality HPb59 brass using processes such as stamping and precision machining; the surface of the nut undergoes chrome plating treatment.

Connection Sleeve: Fabricated from HPb62–HPb65 brass sheet, with its surface treated via chrome plating.

Sealing Gasket: Utilizes a flat sealing gasket made of NBR (Nitrile Rubber) with a thickness of 4.5mm.

Major domestic production hubs for braided flexible hoses are located in areas such as Cixi, Yuyao, and Yuhuan (Zhejiang Province); Nan'an and Quanzhou (Fujian Province); Kaiping (Guangdong Province); and Jingxian (Hengshui, Hebei Province).
