Silicone foam strips are available in hardness levels from 5 to 40 degrees, and colors are customizable. They are primarily used for sealing products requiring high and low temperatures (-40°C to 200°C). Various shapes can be made according to your drawings. They are widely used in door and window sealing strips, refrigerator sealing strips, water dispenser sealing strips, coffee machine sealing strips, and electronics industry sealing strips, providing waterproof, dustproof, and fireproof functions. The silicone foam tubes/strips are made from 100% environmentally friendly silicone, with added chemical foaming agents. They are vulcanized in a high-temperature oven, generating a large amount of air during vulcanization, resulting in numerous small pores within the silicone.
