1. Solid silicone sealing strips possess excellent high-temperature (200-280℃) and low-temperature resistance, good physiological stability, and minimal deformation (no more than 50% after 48 hours at 200℃). They have a breakdown voltage of 20-25KV/mm, are resistant to ozone and UV radiation, and are widely used in pharmaceutical applications, electronics, lighter tubing, ignition gun tubing, wires and cables, etc. When processed into sealing strips and flanges, they perform well in drying equipment, especially on dryer doors, where their service life is more than three times that of ordinary rubber seals.

2. High-temperature silicone is a two-component heat-cured and room-temperature curing silicone rubber. It is a colorless or semi-transparent oily liquid that, after curing, becomes a soft, elastic material. It can be used to make patches, anti-slip mats, and flexible silicone rubber products for high-temperature mold making.

Note: Special silicone with temperature resistance (-40~+300℃) mainly includes ordinary lamp sealing strips.
