Afterwards, demolding and post-processing occur. Once the material has fully cured, the mold is opened, the toy is removed, and finishing processes such as trimming rough edges, sanding the surface, coloring, and adding details are performed to improve the appearance and texture.

Finally, quality inspection and adjustments are made. The finished product is thoroughly inspected to ensure that the size, color, and appearance meet standards, and the model or process is adjusted as necessary based on feedback. Once everything is confirmed to be correct, mass production can begin, with quality consistency monitored throughout. The entire process emphasizes meticulous detail control to ensure the durability and aesthetic appeal of the silicone dog toy.
