Silicone cooking utensils are widely used food contact utensils in modern kitchens. They are mainly made of food-grade silicone, meet national food safety standards, and have advantages such as high and low temperature resistance, softness and safety, non-scratching properties, and easy cleaning. They are suitable for home cooking, baking, and daily storage and heat insulation.

Silicone cooking utensils are diverse, covering four main categories: cooking, baking, heat insulation, and auxiliary tools. Cooking utensils include silicone spatulas, ladles, slotted spoons, and food tongs; their soft texture won't damage the surface of non-stick or coated pans, making them ideal for home cooking. Baking utensils include kneading mats, spatulas, oil brushes, cake molds, and ice cube trays; they are heat-resistant, non-stick, and compatible with ovens, steamers, and microwaves. Additionally, there are heat-insulating mats, heat-resistant gloves, and multi-purpose food storage lids, offering highly practical heat-insulating storage solutions.

Silicone cooking utensils are stable in performance and are generally suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius. High-quality products can withstand high temperatures of 250 degrees Celsius. They can be steamed, baked, and microwaved. They are waterproof, oil-resistant, and not easy to rust or mold. They are tough, not easy to break, and have a long service life. Compared with metal and plastic kitchen utensils, they are safer.

Silicone kitchenware also has certain limitations. Its material is not resistant to sharp or hard objects and is easily scratched or damaged by knives or steel wool. It should not be directly exposed to open flames or subjected to prolonged dry heating. Inferior, non-food-grade silicone kitchenware may produce unpleasant odors and release harmful substances when heated to high temperatures, posing a risk to health.

When purchasing and using products, ensure they meet food contact grade certification and national standards. Choose products with no pungent odor, a smooth feel, and good resilience. Clean promptly after daily use to avoid oil residue. Replace products immediately if they show signs of aging, stickiness, cracking, or damage to ensure safe use.
