Silicone mats represent a category of silicone products for which there is significant market demand. They embody the inherent characteristics of silicone, with food-grade silicone mats, in particular, possessing innate thermal stability (ranging from -40°C to 230°C), making them suitable for a wide variety of settings. These products are characterized by their excellent flexibility, enabling them to meet diverse requirements. Thanks to these favorable attributes, silicone mats are widely utilized across various sectors, including electronics, industrial applications (such as automotive interiors), and home goods. Based on the unique properties of silicone and their specific fields of application, silicone mats can be broadly categorized into three main types:

Thermal silicone mats are typically employed within the electronics industry. From an engineering perspective, these flexible thermal pads feature a conformable design engineered to precisely match and interface with irregular surface contours. By utilizing high-performance thermally conductive materials, they effectively eliminate air gaps-thereby enhancing overall thermal transfer efficiency and enabling electronic components to operate at lower temperatures.

Silicone coasters are commonly used as household accessories; they serve functions such as thermal insulation, slip resistance, and creative decoration, and are manufactured using food-grade silicone materials.

Silicone gaskets are typically utilized in industrial machinery, serving as cushioning and fastening components. They provide anti-slip, shock-absorbing, anti-static, and high-temperature-resistant properties, thereby offering enhanced protection for the machinery and minimizing wear and tear.
