Technical Specifications
Hardness: 70±5 | Tensile Strength: ≥6.5 MPa
Product Colors: Transparent, White, Black, Red, Yellow, Green (custom colors available upon request).
Temperature Resistance Range: -40°C to 300°C
Dimensions: Inner Diameter 0.5 – 30 mm
Surface Properties: Hydrophobic; non-stick to many materials, serving effectively as a release or barrier layer.
Electrical Properties: Exhibits minimal change in performance when exposed to moisture, water, or elevated temperatures. Even in the event of a short circuit leading to combustion, the resulting silicon dioxide ash remains an effective insulator; this ensures the continued operation of electrical equipment, making it an ideal material for manufacturing wires, cables, and lead wires.
Product Features
Silicone rubber is a novel type of polymeric elastic material characterized by exceptional resistance to both high temperatures (250–300°C) and low temperatures (-40–60°C). It possesses excellent physiological inertness and stability, enabling it to withstand repeated exposure to harsh conditions and sterilization processes. Key features include outstanding resilience, minimal permanent deformation (less than 50% after 48 hours at 200°C), a dielectric breakdown voltage of 20–25 kV/mm, and resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and ionizing radiation. Additionally, specialized grades of silicone rubber offer oil-resistant properties.
